What power adapter does it come with?

The NeonBlink RGBIC LED Strip comes with a 36-watt adapter for the 5-meter variant and a 60-watt adapter for the 10-meter variant. This ensures efficient power delivery for vibrant lighting effects.

Can we sync the RGBIC LED Strip with music in the room or from my mobile?

Absolutely! To sync your LED strip with music, whether it’s from the room (via mic) or from your mobile (via player), just open the BanlanX app. Go to the music section and select the option based on where you want the sound sync to happen—either from the room or from the audio playing on your device.

Does it come with a warranty and how do I register it?

Yes, the NeonBlink RGBIC LED Strip comes with a 1-year warranty. You don't need to manually register it; the warranty gets automatically activated when you purchase the product.
