We ship orders PAN India and Internationally too (however with some restrictions).
At NeonBlink, we meticulously sanitize our products before packaging to ensure customer safety. Additionally, we adhere to contactless delivery procedures to prioritize the total safety of our customers.
**Domestic Shipping**
We provide Free Shipping PAN India. To ensure a secure, reliable, and swift shipping service, we have partnered with leading logistics companies. Key aspects of our domestic shipping are outlined below:
- We have collaborations with multiple brands for our shipping services. The selection of the shipping service partner depends on the delivery location, time, and reach, and the information is updated in your order once the product is shipped.
- Shipping time varies based on the delivery location. We dispatch every order within 72 hours of receipt, and delivery takes a maximum of 5 to 10 days post-dispatch.
- Live tracking of shipments is available through a unique Tracking ID. The Tracking Number and the chosen shipping service details are updated in the customer order panel after dispatch.
- Free Shipping is provided for all domestic shipments, regardless of the order's value and size.
- We ensure safe shipping, and the delivery agent will contact you through a call or delivery attempt message to confirm your availability for receiving the packet and ensuring the safe delivery of your order.
**Returns & Replacements**
We offer a 100% return or replacement in the case of a defective or incorrect delivery. Kindly follow the steps below:
1. Capture pictures of the defective or incorrect product along with the original shipping material.
2. Email us at contact@neonblink.in with the order details, issue details, and attached pictures, clearly stating the request for return or replacement.
3. NeonBlink will arrange a reverse ship request for pickup of the product in its original packing.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ascertain the issue, the refund will be processed within 48 hours.
5. If the claim is found to be incorrect regarding the defect or incorrect delivery, the refund will not be processed.
**International Shipping**
Currently, we are not shipping internationally, except for bulk orders of INR 5,000/- and above. Additional shipping charges will apply as per actual. To place international orders, kindly write to us at contact@neonblink.in with product details and quantity. We will provide information on product availability, applicable shipping charges, and a payment link if you wish to proceed. Once dispatched, we will share the tracking information via email.
