If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. For other return requests, you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that a delivery charge of Rs.199 will apply for returning orders. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

You may request a full refund for undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. The refund process begins once the item is returned to NeonBlink’s warehouse.

**Cancellation Policy**

**Additional Notes:**
- Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
- For warranty claims unrelated to product quality, the buyer covers shipping costs.
- For warranty claims related to product quality, NeonBlink will refund the full product cost.
- Returns not meeting the outlined conditions may be rejected.
Refund requests under the 30-day policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim. Returns related to non-quality issues with expired warranties will not be processed.
